What is expected of me?
Just to turn up to the sessions on time, have an open mind, and complete the actions set by your coach. You will also benefit if you come to the session with an idea of what you want to achieve, if you are unsure, that’s not a problem and we can help with this.
Do you have a minimum contract?
Yes, coaching does not happen overnight, we want to give you the chance to see the results. Our minimum contract term is 3 months.
How often and where will we meet?
This completely depends on what level of support we determine necessary to make the process viable. At the least commitment, we expect a monthly coaching session, with communication in between. People who see the most progress typically schedule weekly or bi-weekly calls. The frequency can be adjusted to best fit your schedule and the pace at which you want to progress. We’re mostly a remote firm so meetings are virtual on video calls, however, we do sometimes travel locally.
Am I a good candidate for coaching?
If you are okay with being occasionally challenged, you are ready and open to change, happy to receive feedback. Additionally, if you can approach coaching with an open mind and understand that there is split responsibility for your progress. Your coach can help guide and push you forward but you need to initiate the steps, take action, reflect, and learn.
What if my goals change during the coaching process?
Absolutely fine, we would expect this as you go through the process, you naturally will find more clarity. New challenges may emerge and new motivations. We also see people transition from personal to professional coaching and vice versa. Coaching is an ongoing relationship, even our coaches have coaches!
How is progress measured?
We aim to keep your progress monitored through both quantitative and qualitative methods on a quarterly basis. This includes questionnaires, reports, interviews, focus groups, etc.
